Everyone now needs to complete a Compulsory
Basic Training course before they can ride on their own.
We run these every weekend and they usually take about a day to complete.
The other essential is to pass the Driving Standards Agency's Theory
Test. You must do this before you can take your practical
riding test, so it's a good idea to get that out of the way before you start
your training. If you go to the DSA website www.driving-tests.co.uk
you can try their Mock Test
and book your theory test on-line. If you have difficulty with
the test there are self teach books available to get you up to scratch,
but most experienced drivers shouldn't have a problem.

After the CBT you can choose from a range of courses to prepare for your
DSA Riding Test. If you are over 21 you can opt for the Direct Access course,
DREAM TICKET THREE
and get a full licence to ride bikes of any capacity as soon as you've passed
your test. We run these three-day courses throughout the year and will do
our best to arrange the sessions to suite your diary.

Other courses are available for riders returning to motorcycling after
a break and for people wishing to ride smaller machines.
